Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the Accounts Receivable records, systems and statistical reporting. Monday - Friday, 8a-4p Duties and Responsibilities Connotes Essential Functions Collects and coordinates program attendance/billing sheets Prepares and submits weekly and monthly billings to School districts and County for services rendered Maintains records and credits all Accounts receivable cash to proper accounts Tracks client attendance using excel reports and billing activity Close out end of the month subsidiary records to be input into general ledger Prepares and maintains reports and analysis used for the year-end audit All other duties assigned Position Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma/GED, Associate's Degree preferred Accounts receivable experience preferred Must have strong analytical ability Billing experience is a plus Computer skills necessary: Microsoft Office, Strong Excel skills Must be able to work regularly on-site
