Job Description

Coachlight Square is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the financial operations of the Association. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and bookkeeping experience, a thorough understanding of financial reporting, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office with advanced Excel functions. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, preparing payroll, tracking receivables and revenues, and supporting the Board with timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain the Association's books and financial records. Prepare and process bank deposits. Enter deposits, Zelle payments, and other receipts into homeowner accounts. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances. Review invoices and prepare payments. Process payroll and related tax withholdings and deductions. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Generate reports including payroll reports, aged receivables reports, cash reports, generate budget worksheets , assist with annual budget reparation Prepare documentation and reports required for annual financial audits and workers' compensation audits. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls. Work closely with the Board of Managers on financial matters and reporting requirements. Qualifications Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with a homeowners' association, condominium association or similar organization. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in QuickBooks. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience processing payroll and payroll tax reporting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with condominium or homeowners' associations. Familiarity with audit preparation and property management accounting. Understanding of reserve funds, budgets and association financial reporting.
Pay:
$2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
