Bookkeeping based on Fund Accounting Prepare monthly Treasurer/Board reports Reconcile monthly/quarterly program enrollments Process and track cross contracts and service adjustments Prepare monthly contract invoices Assist in budget preparations and annual audit preparations Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to include final service commitment contracts, AS-7 contracts, Board memos, SBM-4 report, cost allocation report, and state and local cost reports Process banking transfers Deposit checks and record cash receipts Additional related accounting duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field OR Successful completion of 60 semester credit hours at a regionally accredited or NY State registered college or university supplemented by 6 semester credit hours in accounting OR Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and two years of experience which shall have involved maintaining and checking financial accounts OR 4 years of experience which shall have involved maintaining and checking financial accounts or records AND Must qualify for the Senior Account Clerk Civil Service title through Oneida County Civil Service KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and
