Founders Table, owner of Chopt Creative Salad Company, is looking to bring on a part-time AP Clerk for their Rye Brook, NY based accounting department.

Please note:

this is an in-office position and will require work in our Rye Brook, NY office Monday

• Wednesday, 8-5.

Responsibilities include:

Review and process all emails in the AP mailbox Complete weekly/monthly vendor account reconciliations Contact Vendors for Statements Contact Vendors for Additional Information to register Maintain Xtrachef portal Invoice Allocation to Location Monitor Approvals and Reconciliation Review Invoices for Processing Update the Exception records Mapping uploaded invoices Upload/Create invoices and CM's in databases to ensure that information accuracy Map Items to GL Accounts in Restaurant 365 Maintain Vendor information Assist with other accounting projects Requirements include: Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Great attention to detail Excellent organizing abilities Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. R365) AAS in accounting, finance or relevant field 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant business/industry

Pay:
