Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Invoicing Specialist to join our finance team. Duties Prepare and generate accurate invoices using billing software and accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, and PeopleSoft Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments Perform account analysis and journal entries to maintain proper financial records in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Manage collections accounts by following up on overdue payments and resolving discrepancies efficiently Conduct data entry with precision, utilizing Excel formulas and spreadsheets for analysis and reporting purposes Collaborate with clients via phone or email to clarify billing issues, provide account updates, and ensure customer satisfaction Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and processing within financial software systems Experience Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on invoicing, accounts receivable, or collections management Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms Strong understanding of

GAAP, SOX
