LJ Traffic Control, LLC, based out of Cincinnati, OH, is looking for an

Accounts Payable Specialist:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate records. This role is crucial to our company's financial stability and smooth operations, and we are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and organized.

Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information and transactions. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare and process payments to vendors on time. Assist with month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks as needed. Other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in Accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with vendor management and payment processing.
