Clerical Apply Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all data entry on accounts payable, reconcile vendor statements, print payable checks and prepare for approval Enter any payments from cash customers and Net10 customers and follow up with customers to ensure accounts are timely paid Back up receptionist as needed to ensure their location has a high level of customer service File and maintain organized records Assist the accounting managers with any other administration functions needed Qualifications Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors. Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service to management Ability to work independently and to have an eye on internal controls and keeping assets of the company safe. Must be able to prioritize and keep all areas of responsibility up to date
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
