Contract-to-Hire About the Role LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in the Barberton area to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, and customer account management who is looking to grow with a stable organization. Responsibilities Process and post customer payments accurately and timely. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances. Research and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues. Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with month-end closing activities and AR reporting. Prepare and distribute invoices as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Qualifications Previous Accounts Receivable experience required. Experience with collections and cash applications preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pay Details:
