The organization has over a century of advocacy, public education, and program/service delivery experience. Are you ready to make a significant impact on a dynamic agency? We're seeking a motivated Accounting Clerk to support our financial management and operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for carrying out the daily responsibilities related to finance management and operations of the agency. You will work closely with our Staff Accountant and Executive Director, ensuring the agency runs smoothly and maintains a strong financial position. What you'll do Manage Accounts payable Manage all agency credit card transactions Maintains vendors information in accounting system Maintain accurate and orderly accounting records Manage payments and reconciliations of accounts Prepare Reports What you'll need Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and previous experience in finance/operations Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in finance/operations specifically working with QuickBooks preferred
Additional Considerations:
experience with QuickBooks and Quicken; knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with demonstrated work experience Reasons whyMHANKYSWOH
