Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Accounting Specialist to join their established accounting department. In this role, approximately 80% of your time will be focused on accounting, including processing invoices, vendor payments, employee expenses, account reconciliations, corporate credit cards and supporting month-end close. The remaining portion of the position will provide variety through general administrative and facility support, including coordinating office supplies, assisting with meeting rooms and helping ensure the day-to-day office environment runs effectively. This role would suit an Accounting Specialist with accounts payable, bookkeeping or general accounting experience, looking for a stable position where they can continue developing their accounting skillset within a successful organization.

The Role:

Accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor payments and employee reimbursements Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, accruals and general ledger activities Approximately 80% accounting with some general administrative and facility support Excellent training and long-term career progression

The Person:

2+ years of accounts payable, bookkeeping or accounting experience Knowledge of general ledger coding and account reconciliations Experience with accounting/ERP systems; SAP experience would be advantageous Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred Flexible and happy working in a varied accounting position
