Accounts Payable Representative The Beaver Companies - 3.7 Canton, OH Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Productivity software Full Job Description This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts payable process by ensuring invoices are accurately coded, entered, and paid in a timely manner while maintaining positive vendor and internal relationships. Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities Matches and codes invoices to purchase orders and/or receiving documentation for data entry Code master card receipts Performs data entry Researches and resolves accounts payables issues with vendors Communicates with various departments to obtain necessary information Receptionist rotation and Post Office rotation Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company Skills & Requirements Skills acquired from previous accounts payable experience Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Education & Experience Minimum high school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of accounts payable experience Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
