What You'll Do As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play an important role in ensuring invoices are processed accurately and vendors are paid on time.

Responsibilities include:

Process vendor invoices, vouchers, credit memos, and debit memos accurately and efficiently Review invoices for approvals, accuracy, and supporting documentation Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Research outstanding balances and assist with account clean-up Prepare and process accounts payable check runs Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end activities Process vendor credits and return transactions Maintain organized and accurate financial records Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and account questions Support a positive relationship with vendors through timely and courteous service Help identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys working with numbers.

Qualifications include:

1-2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience preferred Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) Experience with ERP or accounting software preferred Strong data entry and account reconciliation skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Why Join Myers Controlled Power?
