Accounting Specialist - AR Focused Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time | $20-$30/hr We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with a strong Accounts Receivable (AR) focus to support our finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing and inventory-heavy environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily Accounts Receivable , including customer invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, and collections. Monitor past-due balances, prepare aging reports, and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer and accounting records. Assist with Accounts Payable , including invoice processing, purchase order/receiver matching, vendor reconciliations, and payments. Support basic accounting, reporting, analysis, and month-end activities. Participate in the implementation and ongoing use of Epicor ERP . Support ad-hoc accounting projects and other finance-related activities. Qualifications 3-5 years of AP/AR or related accounting experience preferred. Strong Accounts Receivable experience , ideally within a manufacturing, construction, retail, or inventory-heavy business . Experience working with a moderately complex ERP system required; Epicor, SAP, SAGE, or similar ERP experience preferred. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills and experience with accounting reports and analysis. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Schedule Monday-Friday, on-site in Cincinnati, OH Start time flexible between 7:00-8:30
