Due to an upcoming retirement on our Accounting team, Willow Brook Christian Services is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and service-minded Accounts Payable Specialist to join us. This essential role is an important part of keeping Willow Brook running smoothly, from processing invoices and vendor payments to handling expense reimbursements and maintaining accurate accounting records. Additional duties include preparing and processing payment runs, maintaining vendor records, assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, reviewing GPOs, helping with annual audit process and cash management activities. You'll be part of a supportive team that works together to provide outstanding service to our residents, teammates, departments, and vendors.

Qualifications / Required

Skills & Abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience.
