Job Description

We are a growing custom millwork and casework fabrication company seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our day-to-day office operations and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare invoices and assist with collections Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain organized financial and office records Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks Answer phones and respond to customer and vendor inquiries Order office supplies and provide general administrative support Assist with filing, data entry, and other office duties as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping and administrative experience required Experience with accounting software preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Professional communication and customer service skills Experience in construction, manufacturing, millwork, or a related industry is a plus, but not required What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Friendly, team-oriented work environment Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with an established and expanding company
