Accounting Secretary- Travco Lumber Company LLC - McArthur, Ohio Travco Lumber Company is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Secretary to join our team!
- What You'll Do Assist with accounts payable and receivable Enter invoices, payments, and financial records Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records Assist with payroll and general office duties Prepare spreadsheets and reports Communicate with customers and vendors Help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly
- What We're Looking For Accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Excel QuickBooks experience is a plus Dependable, trustworthy, and willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Pay Negotiable and based on experience and qualifications. Full-Time | Monday-Friday | In Person
- Industry experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter most!
