AR Specialist On-Site | Dayton, OH $58,000–$60,000/year AR Specialist — Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable, collections, aging accounts, and customer reconciliations. Investigate and resolve complex AR discrepancies and outstanding balances. Conduct targeted collection calls and customer follow-up. The AR Specialist will update and standardize customer payment terms. The AR Specialist will support AR reporting and tax-related processes. Use advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, to analyze AR data. Partner with leadership and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines. AR Specialist- Requirements Accounts receivable experience. The AR Specialist should have strong Excel and financial analysis skills. Experience with aging analysis, collections, reconciliations, and forensic AR research. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
