Role:

As a Regional AR, you will be expected to: Manage the accounts receivable process for a designated region, including tracking and following up on outstanding invoices, and resolving any billing discrepancies Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Analyze and resolve billing issues, working closely with the client services team to ensure accurate and efficient resolution Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, spreadsheets, and databases Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
