What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll take ownership of the accounts payable process while working alongside a supportive team that appreciates attention to detail and reliability. Process and code vendor invoices accurately and on time Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation when applicable Enter invoices and expense reimbursements into the accounting/ERP system Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and vendor payments Reconcile vendor statements and research invoice or payment discrepancies Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently Maintain organized and accurate AP records, including vendor files and W9's Support month end close activities and audit requests as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience Experience handling invoices Experience with expense reporting Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Familiarity with PO and non-PO invoices; three-way matching is a plus Experience with accounting or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Why Candidates Like This Role Stable company with a proven track record Supportive accounting leadership that values process and people Reasonable workload and clear expectations Opportunity to grow your accounting career without burnout Competitive compensation and benefits package Excellent work environment and facility Why This Move Makes Sense If you're currently employed but feeling stuck, overworked, or underappreciated - this is a chance to move into a role where your skills are recognized and your work matters. Pay:

$50,000 to $60,000 based off of experience
