•Key Responsibilities & Duties Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple business clients Maintain accurate general ledger records Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements Record journal entries and assist with month-end close Process payroll and payroll-related reporting Support tax preparation by maintaining complete and accurate records Work directly with clients regarding bookkeeping and financial questions Assist with financial reporting and special accounting projects Ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm procedures

Qualifications Needed:

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience managing full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities Strong background in bank reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll, and financial statement preparation Experience working with multiple clients or within a public accounting environment preferred Proficiency with QuickBooks and accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal team members A bit about us:
