Job Description
Busy office in a growing environmental company is in need of a motivated, detail oriented individual to join our team as the Accounts Receivable Administrator. Join our team as an AR Administrator in our Willoughby office. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, organization and the ability to multi-task. This is not an entry level position - we are looking for someone with experience.

We also provide remedial work, transportation and supplies related to disposal. Creating invoices in Quickbooks, filing, quoting.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process invoices from multiple vendors and create invoices for customers through Quickbooks Make general entries into Quickbooks Process A|R Collections Review statements, and research any invoice discrepancies Filing and organization Maintain customer accounts, contacts and payment terms Managing warehouse inventory tracking sheets on Excel Other duties as requestedQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma Minimum of five years handling A|R, A|P & Quickbooks Strong attention to detail Problem solving skills Ability to work with project managers to generate accurate invoices Ability to manage, coordinate, & complete simultaneous activities and successfully prioritize tasks Excellent written and oral communication skills Exceptional computer skills Proficient in Microsoft programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel)Job Type:
