The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for payment processing, account reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and receivables tracking while partnering closely with internal teams and department leadership. This Accounts Receivable Clerk role offers an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact while developing professionally within a supportive accounting team. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk Process accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate payment records. Research, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and account issues in a timely manner. Communicate with internal departments regarding outstanding balances, payment updates, and account status. Perform account reconciliations and support monthly reporting functions. Utilize Windows-based systems and Excel to manage receivable data and maintain accurate records. Assist with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed. Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable operations. Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Clerk Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative abilities. Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
