This role works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolution of account discrepancies. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Accounting Coordinator to complete all allocated tasks Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Process and accurately apply customer payments and maintain payment records Assist with billing inquiries and resolving account discrepancies Update customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payment status Performs other related duties as assigned The absence of specific statements of duties does not exclude those tasks from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment of the position. Education & Skills High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping, administrative support, or customer service preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information
