Job DescriptionWith thirteen dealerships and a growing footprint, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our accounting team as an Accounts Receivable Team Lead. This position will oversee daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all locations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Mon - Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Duties include but are not limited to:
Supervise and support Accounts Receivable staff in a centralized accounting officeReview and manage dealership receivables, including contracts in transit (CIT), manufacturer receivables, and wholesalesMonitor and manage all incoming payments, including cash, checks, and electronic transactionsWork closely with finance and sales departments to resolve funding and billing issuesMaintain aging schedules and aggressively follow up on outstanding balancesAssist with month-end closing procedures and reportingTrain and mentor AR team members to improve efficiency and performanceCollaborate with dealership managers and corporate accounting team.
