Qualified individuals will have a positive attitude, good math skills, a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices daily by matching to purchase orders and supporting documents Review invoices for accuracy and resolve issues with vendors and buyers Enter invoices into accounting software Process invoices that are coded to GL accounts Assist in the invoice payment process Reconcile vendor statements
Requirements:
Previous accounting/office experience Strong Microsoft Office organization skills including Excel, Word, Outlook Experience in Sage 100 accounting software preferred Knowledge of General Ledger Experience with Adobe PDF 10-key skills Ability to work well individually and within a team
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
