banking deposits Bank reconciliation General Ledger review and entries Trial balance Month end close Raw material purchasing Minimal HR - Onboarding 1099 reporting Invoicing Submit purchase orders Enter journal entries to debit and credit the company's accounts Reconcile and report differences or issues found in financial records Performs other related duties as assigned Enter daily inventory receipts Bank run. Minimum Targets to Qualify 2 year's experience and solid work-related references. Follow GAAP. QuickBooks or QuickBooks Enterprise Required. Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
