Accounts Receivable Specialist Salary:

$60,000 - $75,000 Located in Clackamas (onsite)

Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Prepare progress billings, pay applications, and invoices in Acumatica. Manage accounts receivable, including cash application, collections, aging, and retention tracking. Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and account reconciliations. Maintain vendor records, W-9s, insurance certificates, and annual 1099 reporting. Assist with month-end close and provide backup support for certified payroll reporting. Qualifications for the Accounts Payable /

Accounts Receivable Specialist:

2+ years of combined accounts payable and accounts receivable experience. Construction accounting experience, including job costing and progress billings required. Experience using an ERP system required; Acumatica experience preferred. Proficiency with Excel, including lookups and pivot tables. Timing is everything.
