What You'll Be Doing Manage accounts receivable activities, maintaining accurate customer records and financial data. Process invoices, payments, credits, adjustments, and cash applications with a high degree of accuracy. Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on past-due accounts, and support collection efforts. Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues promptly. Prepare aging reports, assist with month-end close activities, and communicate account status to management. Provide administrative support through high-volume data entry, delivery notice preparation, document management, and other operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Assist with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Perform high-volume data entry, 10-key processing, and filing with exceptional speed and accuracy.
