AP Specialist Job Responsibilities Verifying authorization for all purchases Posting of all payable invoices as well as factory invoices Posting ACH debits through EIV and recording payments through Nvoice Pay Work with Vendors and dealership management teams to reconcile invoices Complete on-demand check requests, and update and maintain vendor W9 binders Other related functions that may arise

Schedule:

This is a full-time position. We offer flexible day shift schedules, including hybrid, 4/10s, and 5x8s. Open Monday through Friday, no weekends!
