Typical Responsibilities Process and apply customer payments accurately Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Manage billing and invoicing activities Research and resolve payment issues, chargebacks, and deductions Communicate with customers regarding account status and collections Maintain accurate records within ERP and accounting systems Partner with accounting, finance, and customer service teams Common Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Accounting experience Strong understanding of cash applications, invoicing, and account reconciliations Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Opportunities We Commonly Recruit For Accounts Receivable Specialist Accounts Receivable Analyst Collections Specialist Billing Specialist Credit & Collections Associate Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist AR Lead / Supervisor Why Connect With LHH? Pay Details:
