About Us We're a family-owned irrigation distribution company with roots going back to 1865. Headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon, with warehouses across the country, we're a small but mighty team that is growing in both size and revenue. We're looking for someone who thrives on tactical, transactional work, enjoys collaborating across departments, and isn't afraid to ask questions. The Role We're hiring a hands-on accounting professional to own the day-to-day transactional backbone of our finance function. You'll be the person who keeps AP, AR, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash processes running smoothly — while also supporting bigger initiatives like our ERP transition. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys hands-on transactional accounting and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and process ownership.   • Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices
  • Post deposits and administer cash applications
  • Review, reconcile and process expense reports
  • Coordinate with external vendors to complete purchase orders
  • Participate in inventory review, reconciliation and controls
  • Complete necessary support documentation for Mexico exports
  • Support payroll processing
  • Assist the team with our ERP transition and implementation
  • Contribute to journal entry preparation and month-end account reconciliation What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in AP, AR, and transactional accounting functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable and comfortable learning new processes, systems and technologies.
  • Experience in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or inventory-based business environments What's Nice to Have
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • International transaction experience
  • Experience with Sage 100 or
ODOO ERP
highly preferred
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Experience with month-end close and support of financial statement preparation We Provide You

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
