Our client, a global leader in production services and solutions, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team. Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Prepare and process accurate and timely invoices based on approved customer orders. The AR Specialist will apply customer payments and follow up on unapplied or misapplied credits. Monitor aging reports and perform collections outreach to resolve past-due accounts. Maintain client relationships through clear communication and issue resolution. The AR Specialist will assist with account reconciliations and support month-end close activities. Qualifications of the
Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of billing or accounts receivable experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAGE and R2 is a plus.
