RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Accounts Payable Associate your primary responsibility is to support our Accounts Payable Department Match invoices to purchase orders Complete data entry in Sage Investigate discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders and resolve issues by communicating with vendors and QLS locations Respond to vendor inquiries Process checks and ACH payments Set up new vendors in our system Request W-9s from vendors when required Assist with phone coverage Assist with other projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Accounts Payable experience preferred Working knowledge of Long Term Care, Personal Care, and Independent Living relating to AP/AR preferred Experience with Sage preferred but not required Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word High School Diploma or GED Start your fulfilling career with the Quality Life Services family!
