As an Accounts Payable Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Review, code, and enter a high volume of vendor invoices accurately within the accounting system while ensuring proper cost allocation. The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist candidate will have: At least 3 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume processing environment. Strong background in invoice coding, account allocation, and full-cycle accounts payable activities. Experience handling payment methods such as ACH transactions and check runs. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, tracking, and documentation. Experience with Sage Intacct and Ramp is preferred. Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and resolve problems with sound judgment and attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to work professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
