Job Description
Bookkeeper and Accounting Specialist Infinity Resources

- Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments) for multiple businesses using QuickBooks. Cash flow funding management and intercompany balancing between multiple EIN's Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices, manage payments, create and send customer invoices, and track outstanding balances for each business Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
- Regularly reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with the QuickBooks ledger to ensure accuracy Payroll Processing
- Handle payroll tasks, including processing paychecks, managing withholdings, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll tax submissions, department allocation/billing Financial Reporting
- Generate financial reports like profit and loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets for each business, and class providing insights into their financial health Expense Tracking
- Monitor and categorize business expenses to ensure accurate record-keeping Record Maintenance
- Keep financial records organized, accurate, and audit-ready for each entity Software Utilization
- Utilize QuickBooks online features, such as location tracking, separating financial data for multiple businesses or manage them in individual company files Qualifications and Requirements QuickBooks
- must have a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks software, including managing multiple companies or location tracking 5+ years in Accounting Office using QuickBooks or Sage on a daily basis Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Knowledge of Microsoft products Skills and Core Competencies Attention to Detail
