Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong Accounts Receivable and general bookkeeping experience. This role will be responsible for managing A/R, collections, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting activities across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is comfortable making collection calls, working in QuickBooks Desktop, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and full-cycle Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, cash applications, account reconciliations, and customer account maintenance. Prepare and process AIA billing and customer invoices accurately and timely. Make collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances and past-due accounts. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and customer accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities and ensure transactions are properly recorded. Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to record transactions, maintain accounts, process billing, and generate reports. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing, payments, and account discrepancies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. 3+ years of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and Accounts Receivable experience. QuickBooks Desktop experience required. AIA billing experience a plus. Comfortable making collection calls and following up on outstanding receivables. Experience supporting multiple entities preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$30.00 - $33.00 per hour
