Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a short-term 12-week contract assignment. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department, supporting day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, enabling them to quickly contribute to the team and support departmental goals throughout the duration of the assignment.

Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain organized records of all transactions and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable What's Needed?
