Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with accounts payable or accounting experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience processing invoices and reconciling vendor statements Handling ACH/check payments and maintaining accurate financial records Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes Experience in accounts payable, accounting support, bookkeeping Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Banner, or similar financial software is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
