Job Description
Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support their accounting team. This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Responsibilities
+ Process high-volume vendor invoices
+ Verify invoice accuracy and obtain approval for payment
+ Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
+ Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
+ Research and resolve vendor discrepancies
+ Reconcile vendor statements
+ Maintain organized accounts payable records
+ Assist with month-end closing activities Requirements Qualifications + 1+ years of accounts payable experience
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
+ Experience with ERP/accounting software preferred
