Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, payments, deposits, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial records.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and apply incoming payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain vendor and customer records and resolve account discrepancies.
- Generate financial reports and support management with accounting information.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
- Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related recordkeeping, as needed.
- Support continuous improvement of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
