Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing, cash application, and collections functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience managing customer accounts. Responsibilities Generate and distribute invoices
Apply customer payments accurately and timely
Reconcile customer accounts
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Prepare AR reports and account analyses
Assist with month-end close activities Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
Knowledge of billing and cash application processes
Strong Excel and ERP system skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
