Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and record incoming invoices from vendors
  • Review and verify accuracy of invoices and billing statements
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures
Skills:
  • Proficient in accounting software to manage accounts receivable processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
