  • Process and record invoices and expenses tied to development and construction activity, ensuring proper coding and accurate entry.
  • Support the improvement of accounts payable operations by identifying ways to make payment processing and check runs more efficient.
  • Onboard new vendors by collecting, reviewing, and validating required documentation before setup is completed.
  • Track and maintain vendor Certificates of Insurance to help ensure records remain current and compliant.
  • Organize and update vendor documentation across both physical files and digital storage systems.
  • Partner with project managers to create purchase orders and provide guidance on related payable procedures.
  • Assist in educating project teams on accounts payable practices, documentation standards, and approval workflows.
  • Visit project sites when needed to provide direct support to project managers and help resolve payment-related issues.
  • Review and enter corporate card expenses associated with development and construction projects in a timely manner.
