full-time We're hiring! Help us build the financial backbone of our growing parts business! We are a small but growing parts business that has branched out from our high-end restoration business. We handle physical inventory sold primarily through a Wix e-commerce store, focusing mostly on parts for A Model Kenworths and their restoration. Right now, our financial tracking is trapped on paper and in spreadsheets-and we are ready to level up. We are looking for a sharp, system-savvy on-site Accounting Specialist who wants to do more than just standard data entry. You will play a vital role in helping us select, set up, and integrate our very first formal accounting software. What you'll do:

Help us migrate from manual spreadsheets to an automated accounting platform.

Wix & Tech Sync:

Connect our e-commerce site and payment systems directly to our new books.

• Master the

Inventory:

Reconcile physical warehouse stock with digital sales, tracking COGS, landed costs, and SKU values.

Keep Us Balanced:

Run sales audits, manage accounts payable & accounts receivable and track multi-state sales tax thresholds.

Who you are:

• You have 2-4 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, specifically handling physical goods or warehouse inventory.
• You've helped a business transition from spreadsheets to a formalized accounting platform before.
• You love data cleaning and are an absolute pro at Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Bonus points if you already know the Wix e-commerce dashboard inside and out!
