Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Administrative Assistant where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our high paced office.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and work with the vet tech team to maintain calendars
- Manage accounts receivable
- Coordinate meetings and events, including event planning tasks
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, producing surgery paperwork
- Support office management in various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the veterinary field is advantageous
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience with social media & constant contact
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
