Job Description
Job Summary Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available. A well established law firm is seeking experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistants to join our Willow Street office. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The hours are approximately 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records using Soluno, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls professionally Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is up-to-date in spreadsheets and databases Support office management activities including supply ordering, filing, and document organization Provide excellent customer support through clear communication via phone, email, and in person Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Demonstrated experience with bookkeeping, and data entry tasks. Computer literacy across various platforms Exceptional attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
