Finzer Roller seeks a first shift Machine Operator. $20-22 per hour, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly. Specific responsibilities for the Machine Operator will include: Setup and operator manual and CNC engine lathes Measure & inspect products using calipers and micrometers Follow all manufacturing standards and safety practices Use hoists and cranes to safely move materials and components Maintain clear communication with production team to support workflow Read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures & work instructions Maintain a strong focus on quality output and continuous improvement Qualified candidates will have 1+ years machine operation experience, basic math skills, ability to use measuring tools, and willingness to learn.
