York, PA Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented A/R Assistant to join our Accounting & Finance team. The A/R Assistant will be responsible for supporting the weekly billing cycle, managing customer accounts, reconciling receivables, and assisting in job performance analysis. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions while working closely with internal departments including Operations, Business Development, and the CFO. This role is based out of our Hershey, PA Office Location Responsibilities Assist with weekly invoice processing and customer billing Perform monthly account reconciliations and GL maintenance Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records Actively manage collections and follow up on delinquent receivables Collaborate with Managing Directors to validate invoice details Generate standard and ad hoc financial reports as needed Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation Contribute to job performance analysis and tracking Assist in ongoing improvements to financial reporting and processes Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO Requirements Associate degree in Accounting 3-5 years of relevant experience in billing, A/R, or general accounting Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); strong Excel skills preferred Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite/Oracle preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
