NOT remote. Our client is seeking a strong candidate for their Accounts Payable/Receivable Accounting position. This role serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payments of our services. Monday
Friday, 8am
5pm, Pay $16
18 DOE.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Approving Accounts Payable invoices Prepare Accounts Receivable invoices Bank Reconciliations Account Reconciliations Qualifications A successful Accounts Payable employee will embrace thoroughness when reviewing invoices. They MUST have the technical capacity to efficiently operate a computer and familiarity with payables systems. An understanding of financial management and book keeper level of experience.
