This role is perfect for someone who enjoys details, organized systems, and being a key part of a small but busy team Duties Maintain accurate job/project costing, matching vendor costs, freight and other expenses to individual customer orders/projects Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly Review purchase orders, vendor invoices and sales documentation for discrepancies Verify gross profit/margins and identify costing or billing errors before invoicing Perform high-volume transactional accounting and data entry with exceptional accuracy Research and resolve discrepancies between sales orders, purchase orders, vendor invoices and customer invoices Assist with bank and credit-card reconciliations Work closely with sales reps to obtain missing information and correct order discrepancies Maintain organized accounting documentation and audit trails Skills Strong attention to detail — you catch the small things others miss Solid experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a product-based or similar business Proficiency in Excel (comfortable with formulas, data organization, and reporting) Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Dependable, organized, and proactive mindset Join us in a role where your accounting expertise will make a meaningful impact!
